How can I track the status of my shipment?

When the order ships, the delivery person will send you a tracking email to track the shipment. If after a week your order has still not arrived, you can send an email to direct@edizioninpe.it specifying some necessary information: the order number, the first and last name used at the time of purchase and the email address used for payment (or receipt of payment made). Support will respond quickly.

What do I do if the volume arrives damaged?

Send an email to direct@edizioninpe.it attaching photos of the damaged volume, specifying the order number and the first and last name used at the time of purchase. Pack the defective book in the same box it arrived in and follow the instructions that will help you. We will replace the volume or refund.
