Born in Luni on February 1, 1968, he graduated with honors from the Carrara Academy of Fine Arts and obtained a specialization in teaching at the University of Pisa, Sergio Vanello is a professor of the disciplines of Painting and Art and Image. His artistic activity is expressed above all with comics and painting. Among the exhibitions to his credit: 1992, Galleria Selene, Milan (curated by U. Buscioni and G. In addition to his activity as a painter, in recent years he has dedicated himself to comics, as a cartoonist and author. His collaboration with Aurea Editoriale (Rome) began in January 2016. In 2017 he began his collaboration with Edizioni NPE. He is also the author of the novel La ghigliottina mobile, published by Aracne Editoriale, Rome, 2013.
